Aura
Aura is the athleisure bottle. With the sliding button/lock, soft edges, large chug opening, and comfortable carry strap, this product is designed to be the intersection of fashion and function.
Overview
Aura was the first product of the Rebranded Reduce. The old brand set a different tone with sharp angles, bevels, and exposed stainless steel. This was my first project with Reduce, and when I was told to let my creative side flow, I jumped at the opportunity to steer more towards soft side, rounded shoulders, and what I call Athletic Elegance.
The target consumer has always been female at Reduce. I wanted to create the "Athleisure" of water bottles, in order to better meet our female consumer. This bottle ended up setting the entire tone for our new logo, VBL, and marketing strategy.
